You can read your feeds via the web interface or another NewsGator reader. From the blurb on NNW: "Synchronized clippings – read your saved articles from the web or another NewsGator reader." So that means cross platform sync! Nice. The cool thing as well is the fact that when you read stuff online on another PC then it syncs with your desktop version - try that with Google Reader :P @Keith actually NNW is much more portable than that.
