Flickr Releases Uploadr 3.0
Flickr has released version 3 of their Windows or Mac based image uploader. The uploader gives you the options of adding titles, tags and descriptions to photos before they are uploaded to your account. Brand new to this version is the ability to reorder the photos before uploading by simply dragging them into place.
Drag your photos into the Uploadr to get started tagging and describing. When you’ve got everything just so, click the big Upload button and away they’ll go. Once you start an upload in version 3.0 you can immediately add more photos and start to tag and organize them, all while the first batch is being sent to Flickr. You can continue to upload new batches like this to your heart’s content!
Flickr Uploadr 3.0 can be downloaded here If you have opinions or additional feature request or perhaps a bug report, be sure to visit the official forum thread for uploadr 3.0.
Jeff is a valued regular guest blogger here at GGP HQ. Jeff has a great blog. So off you go and say “Hello Jeff”; and say that Dave sent you.
Oh, and make sure you sign up to his forum and let him know that I have been busy and not had time to do the same
[Dave: just wanted to add that I have been using this version of the uploader and it really is a huge improvement on the old version, recommended!]
