scouta Launches scouta TV
scouta launched scouta TV today. In the words of CEO and founder Richard Giles, it is the best that scouta has to offer:
scouta collects all of this really cool information… we compile the list of the weeks or the fortnights best video and Grum and I are going to talk about them.
And the About Page:
Scouta TV is a video podcast that brings you great video and podcasts. Using the magic of Scouta’s recommendations, Richard, Grum, and Say aim to talk about a collection of fun and interesting online videos and podcasts each episode.
What makes it even better is that if you find some of that cool content, you can let the guys know by bookmarking it on scouta, contacting them via email or Facebook or whatever other social network that you care to name. These guys are getting this right. They are connecting with the users of scouta and utilizing the various social networks and ways of communication that those users use.
I have watched the first episode and it is great. I find that Rich is great to listen to. I really miss Rich and his podcast “The Gadget Show”. Great to see him video casting and back in the content creation seat.
The video podcast is very casual and very aussie. Love it! They are not trying to copy anything or be anything other than a voice for their listeners. This is great geek stuff. The featured videos are awesome and they give you some great inside info on the material. Tips on some of the best the net has to offer. You Guys Rock.
The video and audio quality is tops and they have done a fine job of post production. I think Rich might be responsible for that.
All the best to the guys and I wish them all the best on this a new venture and part of scouta. I can’t wait for the second installment.
Check out the first installment of scouta TV!

Cheers Dave. Thanks for the great review! We aim to please :).
Even though the post-production took far too long, we’re really looking forward to doing the next episode!
