Podcast #67 Delayed… Hosts gone AWOL
Hey Global Geeks, it’s the GGP’s Mac Lab Rat here with a quick update on this week’s show.
We had some major issues trying to get all coordinated for this week’s show. Tim was called away at the last minute on some urgent personal business. I was slated to fill the jump-seat this week and had a bad time with my alarm clock. Dave was ready (and waiting for me) but alas I didn’t arrive in time. He’s got some real work to do this week after a lengthy hiatus and won’t have time to record tomorrow and complete the editing.
So here we are. We apologize profusely for the lack of a show this week and we’ll be back with GGP #67 next week.

Your lucky you weren’t on Twitter on Sun night. Dave was not a happy chappy indeed
Only news worth mentioning is release of leopard this week
Check the video at apple if you have’t already done so showing it off…very droolworthy.
I re-installed Tiger on my intel Mac on weekend totally all fresh and new for a Leopard. May need an external HD for Time Machine though

I did not think you Mac users ever had to reinstall anything
Yeah that was in there.. really sorry about this week - just the way things work out sometimes. I tried! Oh well…

Oh, now I know why Dave tried to get a hold of me via Skype. Sorry about that Dave. I had to hit the sack early to wake up at noon to spend the day with the girl which turned out to be half a disaster and half a good day.

Ahhh Dave. You should know that a fresh install is best thing for any new OS but I know your just stirring so i won’t take the bait.
Hmmm Dave didn’t try and contact me to do a show and I have skype up 24/7…phooey

Three hours until Leopard time…
Assuming it works as expected I’ll be recording in full 10.5 glory this weekend!

Twitter was filled with people installing leopard, reporting on leopard, praising leopard. It was pretty fing boring. No one bitched out leopard. Oh well.
