Lost in Translation
A few weeks ago on the show Tim and I said that we would post a story about this image that we found. The problem was that we both lost the link. Found it!
This is a manual or instructions on how to install a hard drive, or at least that’s what we think it is. I am sure we have all come across those instructions that were translated from Chinese (or similar) by someone who’s grasp of the English language is somewhat questionable. This is a great example of that. One very amusing set of instructions.
The title says it all “The hard dish installs the manual”… Tops

I just want to know what a “Left and slippery” is..

That is freaking hilarious! It’s as if a spammer wrote those directions!

Instead of saying, Install the hard drive, this document says to “Install the hard dish” That’s just a prelude of what to expect. Check out the full sized image to read the entire thing. [...]

Man, I’ve seen a LOT of instructions for computer parts and pieces over the years and have seen some translation whoppers, but I have NEVER seen anything close to this bad! Great find GGP!
