		<description>I think it is quite an interesting play on the Digg system. How do you bury something with this chili? I can only guess that if you move the chili meter more than halfway to the right, it means you like the story and if the meter is before the halfway point, it represents that you don't like the store.

As for the number, I think it represents the number of people who think the story is hot. That's the only thing I can think of.</description>
