It's just a way for Microsoft to get more money from us. It is perfectly ok to run basic versions under Bootcamp though as that isn't defined as virtulisation. That is why I am looking at software to purchase. But in doing so the software that I am looking at covers 3 or 4 separate programs that I own for the PC. So I can justify the expense to some degree. However, the parallels idea was and is an option if I don't get the Mac software... But man it is nice and powerful.
