The Chosen One Has Arrived

It looks like Cam and I have had a little online video swapping thing happening. I sent Cam a very funny video about spiders on drugs and he sent me something better. Thanks Cam.

This is a very cool flash animation film from a web site that I have never seen before. The site is called atom FILMS. It looks like a very nice community of film makers with a bit of creativity. There are a number of animations and short films that cover everything you can think of. Action, Suspense, Guns & Ammo, Madness Combat (???), Sports… to name a few; you name it seems to be here. Not massive volumes but volume is not important in my book. I would rather have 100 quality films than the dros that is piled high on YouTube.

You can share and save your favourites without registering, nice. I was impressed to see that RSS was supported for new films. But not only that you can be notified regarding new uploads for certain categories or genre. The other very cool feature is that of being able to download films in the format that you require! PC, Mac, iPod and PSP are supported. This section is called Films to Go. Top points for this one and the fact that it is free! Why isn’t the other video sites doing this?

Another thing that others need to take note of is the fact that these guys have a video podcast which you can subscribe to in iTunes. Other than that there are the usual features you might expect such as Top Videos, New, Highest Rated etc. So there are some nice features and great content. This is the way it should be.

So that said onto the video. I won’t spoil it for you. But it follows an animated being on, or should I say “in” the computer that gets away from it’s creator, runs amuck and causes havoc. It is very funny and well done. More please!
