The guys over at Blogaholics have posted a great, simple guide to building your blog’s audience. Simplified the article refers to points under three major headings:

1. Content
2. Community
3. Technology

The post makes some interesting and helpful hints, check it out. I think for new blogger’s it gives you a great place to start. Especially since those first couple of posts are difficult and it is hard to get some direction.
